Refund policy

14-Day Return Period: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for eligible items. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached. 

Non-Returnable Items: Goods that are exempt from being returned are items marked as final sale.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at Info@lotusstudio.store to request a return authorization number.
  2. Once approved, securely package your item(s) and include the original packing slip.
  3. Ship your return to the address provided by our customer service team.
  4. Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

Refund: If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original method of payment within 14 days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchange: If you prefer an exchange, please specify the desired item(s) and size(s) when initiating your return. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven't received your refund yet, please first check your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company or bank, as there may be processing time before your refund is officially posted.
